We deliver to most countries around the world. Whether you're in France, Europe, or abroad, you can order our products directly from our website.
In France, delivery is generally made within 24 to 48 hours (working days).
Abroad, delivery times vary between 3 and 10 working days depending on the country.
Orders placed before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day.
- In mainland France: free delivery for purchases over €100.
- In Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Monaco: free delivery from €130.
For other countries, fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Exchanges & Returns
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return or exchange, provided the product is new, unused and in its original packaging.
- For a refund : return shipping costs are your responsibility.

In mainland France (excluding Corsica), returns are free for a first exchange (label provided).
In other regions/countries, return costs are your responsibility.
