En 1956, à Romans-sur-Isère, naissait l'aventure de la marque RIVAT sous les mains habiles de Jacky RIVAT. Bottier de formation et passionné de sport, Jacky était un ancien joueur de football. Sa passion et son expertise l'ont poussé à réaliser à la main une paire de chaussures entièrement en cuir. Cet acte marque les débuts d'une aventure familiale qui allait s'étendre sur plus de 60 ans.
