What are the return conditions?

“Following the legal guarantee and right of withdrawal of 14 days from the day after he takes possession of the good or accepts it without payment of penalties on his part. He will be liable for the return costs.

For any return of merchandise, exchange of sizes or request for reimbursement, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must first obtain a return authorization from the store www.rivatshop.com by requesting an authorization number at this email address: contact@rivat.fr.

Please indicate your name and order number.

ATTENTION

Products returned for exchange or refund must be new, unworn and not have undergone any alteration or modification (no fitting during training or in the field). The products must be returned in their original box, perfectly intact, with labels, all accessories and instructions accompanied by the return slip that we will have provided you.

These conditions are mandatory for exchanges or refunds.

The return number must appear on the package with the invoice corresponding to the purchase inside the box or cardboard (do not stick anything directly on the box).

To be returned by delivery against signature, return costs at your expense.

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the www.rivatshop.com store reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund.

Beyond the legal deadline of 14 days, delivery is deemed satisfactory and cannot validly give rise to the slightest complaint (except in the case of a defective product).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For a first size exchange, we cover the forwarding cost of the new shipment (one time only).

In the case of a refund request for a return made after a second exchange, the outward shipping cost of the second reshipment will be your responsibility, and therefore deducted from the refund amount.

In the event of a request for a refund of the product, the return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

If I want a refund, when will I receive my refund?

The customer will be reimbursed excluding postal costs, upon validation of the return by our teams and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which they exercised their right of withdrawal. We will send you an e-mail informing you that your refund has been made by crediting the transaction corresponding to the credit card refund.

From then on, we no longer control the deadlines which can vary depending on the banking establishments.

Return conditions – outside the European Union

For all returns outside France and the EEC, your product will be automatically refunded.
Upon receipt of your return and after validation by our teams, we will reimburse you.
